As of January 1, 2011, I began slowing down my real estate activities and am enjoying the fruits of my labors after 35 years in real estate.
I will be keeping my real estate license and continue as a member of the Lakeway Association of Realtors; however, my partner, Joey Bruce will be doing the majority of our real estate business and taking up the slack with me working less. Three years ago, I took Joey on as my partner and he has been working with me very closely in every phase of real estate. I will continue to coach and support him behind the scenes to make sure our business continues to be as successful as I have been in real estate since 1977.
Most of you know me and am sure, if you have the opportunity to spend 30 minutes with Joey, then you will find out why I selected him out of all the other agents to be my partner. Joey has charisma, high moral standards, an excellent work ethic and six years of experience in the real estate field. He is a family man with a wife and two beautiful little girls, whom he loves very much.
I truly believe Joey Bruce has a bright future in the real estate business and I have every confidence in his ability to do the job well and in a professional manner.
